Our kids self defence and anti-bullying training helps kids overcome challenging times in and out of school by giving them a sound instruction base in personal self protection. More importantly your children learn personal and inter personal skills and behaviours that provide them with new levels of self belief, self confidence, focus, determination, discipline and commitment.

Kaizen Martial Arts has developed, tested and proven a kids focused curriculum that teaches children to feel confident in looking after themselves standing or on the ground. Our martial arts system has been constructed over many years and delivers strong results.

Whether you are focused on self defence or sport Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) we have a kids program for you, the curriculum consists of over 200 techniques from white belt to green belt black stripe. BJJ for kids has been proven without question as one of the most effective martial arts your child (or you for that matter) you can ever learn. Our students mainly come from Wyndham Vale, Manor Lakes but we do have those that travel from Werribee, Hoppers Crossing and Point Cook and even Bacchus Marsh to train with us.
