GTFDC was established in 2016, and is an approved, licensed, education and child care service. Educators hold a diploma or above with relevant work experiences in the field.  We believe that for every child, every family and in every culture the experience of early childhood is a unique journey, and each child can develop to be a healthy, happy and positive individual. We commit ourselves to work together as a learning community by responding to each individual child's ideas, interests, strengths, development level, and cultural background, to create learning and development plans that promote a sense of belonging, strong self-esteem and self-achievement. We strive to support them in achieving their potential with the best learning and developmental outcomes.
