Cremona Strings

Cremona Strings is based in the Point Cook area, close to Sanctuary Lake, providing services to local violin/viola/cello players on different levels. Our services include instrument maintenance, string and accessories change, and top-level European handmade violins trade.
Due to the increased inquiries from young players' families, we also developed local entry-level student violins and accessories in our Point Cook Workshop.
The owner of the company, Gino Yu (Yu Jie), who is a luthier and a cello player, studied in the "International Violin Making School" in Cremona Italy from 2005 and then followed several world famous violin making masters to improve his skills and open his mind. In 2020, he moved his workshop to Melbourne, Australia.
