At Australian Care Excellence, Rocelyn and her staff are well trained to give our participants personal and individualised experience and to make our participants to be treated fairly throughout their time with us by choosing the things and supports that are important to them. We pride ourselves on the personal, client focused and high-quality service that we provide. We follow the National Disability Service Standards in order to maintain excellent results for both you and for us.

Rocelyn Reyes, the founder of Australian Care Excellence, “Your Life, Our Care”, have worked in disability sector for 11 years, from being a support worker and later became an administrator. She worked in the Northern Territory for 11 years and 80% of stakeholders are Indigenous people, so once proud support worker of Indigenous people in the NT was a great pleasure to her. She handled a variety of participants with Tracheostomy, Peg feeding, Catheter, Autism, ABI, Intellectual Disability, Anorexia Nervosa, Paranoia, Functional Neurological Symptom Disorder, Strong Preoccupation with Somatic Symptoms and Psychosocial Disability.
