Looking for a fun, friendly, and low-impact way to stay active? Join us for Zumba Gold® by MoveFIT Collective every Thursday from 10:00am–11:00am at Featherbrook Community Centre – Room 1.

Zumba Gold is a modified version of the original Zumba® program, specially designed for active older adults, beginners, and anyone looking for a gentler way to enjoy movement. It's also suitable for people returning to exercise or recovering from injuries (with medical clearance), with easy-to-follow choreography that lets you move at your own pace.

Dance to uplifting music, improve your balance, mobility, coordination and cardiovascular fitness, and leave each class feeling energised and smiling. More than just a fitness class, it's an opportunity to meet new people, enjoy a supportive community, and experience the joy of moving together.

No dance experience is needed, just wear comfortable clothing, supportive shoes, bring a water bottle, towel (optional) and come ready to have fun!

Everyone is welcome. Come for the movement, stay for the community.
