Men's Peer Support Group

We are about men’s health, personal growth and wellbeing.  We offer an open, trusted monthly meetings, mentoring and personal learning space. Its a free program.

• In this support group you can be yourself and you will be listened to
• Discuss wellbeing, family conflicts, addictions, stress, anxiety and past trauma
• This group is coordinated by experienced Men’s practitioner/MBCP facilitator/Counsellor who has experience in The Orange door and Relationships Australia.
• Men usually don't express their emotions but we express our emotions freely in this space
