Building permits for 324 dwellings and 5 units in Wyndham were issued in April 2026.
The three suburbs with the highest number of dwellings/units in April 2026 are:
- Tarneit (170)
- Mambourin (48)
- Wyndham Vale (32)
The North region of Wyndham ( Tarneit, Truganina, Williams Landing, Laverton and Mount Cottrell) had the highest number of dwellings/units in April 2026 (184).
