Building permits for 332 dwellings and 16 units in Wyndham were issued in February 2025, as shown in the attached table and graphs.

The units are in:

• Werribee (2)

• Wyndham Vale (14)

Key Observations

• The monthly number of dwellings/units is 348

• The 3-month cumulative figure is 841

• The 6-month cumulative figure is 2175

• The 12-month cumulative figure is 4628

The February 2025 distribution of dwellings/units between Wyndham’s suburbs is summarised in the table below:

The three suburbs with the highest number of dwellings/units in February 2025 are:

1.  Tarneit (172)

2.  Wyndham Vale (61)

3.  Werribee and Mambourin (29)

The North region of Wyndham ( Tarneit, Truganina, Williams Landing, Laverton and Mount Cottrell) has had the highest number of dwellings/units to date in 2025, (326 for Feb 2025).
