The Movement Project runs fun, inclusive movement sessions where children aged 4–11 can play, build confidence and make friends.
Our Saturday sessions combine gymnastics fundamentals, obstacle courses, ball skills, movement games and team challenges. Activities can be adjusted so every child can participate at their own pace. Every child is welcome, and the program is NDIS-friendly.
Saturday session times:
- Little Movers (ages 4–6): 9:15am–9:55am
- Movement Explorers (ages 7–11): 10:05am–10:45am
