Take your badminton to the next level with our Junior Performance Badminton Coaching sessions at Point Cook.

This program is designed for junior players who already have strong fundamentals and are ready to train at a higher intensity. Sessions focus on advanced skill development, improved consistency, and competitive match play in a structured coaching environment.

Players will work on key areas including:
🏸 Advanced stroke technique and shot quality
🏸 Footwork, speed and on-court movement
🏸 Multi-shuttle training and endurance
🏸 Tactical awareness and decision-making
🏸 Match play and game strategy

Each session includes high-intensity drills, multi-shuttle routines, and structured gameplay designed to simulate real match conditions. Players are challenged to improve their speed, consistency, and ability to perform under pressure.

Training is structured across 2–4 sessions per week to support consistent development and progression, with players building their skills over time within a focused and supportive environment.

The Performance program forms part of The Badminton Hub’s player development pathway, supporting athletes as they progress towards higher-level training and competition.

Entry into this program is via assessment or coach recommendation. Players may be invited to attend a trial session to determine suitability.
