This FREE SEE-funded Warehouse Readiness Program is designed to help eligible job seekers develop practical warehouse and logistics skills that can lead to employment opportunities. Participants gain nationally recognised training in forklift operation, RF scanning/IT device use, and safe manual handling, with all training delivered through the government-funded SEE (Skills for Education and Employment) program at no cost to eligible learners.

The program combines five weeks of classroom and practical training at Navitas Skilled Futures Werribee College with one week of forklift licensing training through Licences 4 Work, providing participants with industry-relevant skills and a forklift licence to improve their job readiness for warehouse and logistics roles.
