Truganina Community Centre is facilitating Brazilian Jiu Jitsu self defense and sports jiu jitsu classes through Cubs Jiu Jitsu Pty Ltd.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the most effective 1 on 1 self defense system which has proven to be the superior martial art combat when the Ultimate Fighting Championship first launched.

The Instructor is black belt Sensei Nasser with over 14 years experience training in the martial art.

This is an on-going program every Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm - 7pm.
