Wyndham City has secured Victorian Government funding to deliver a series of traffic calming measures and pedestrian safety initiatives designed to slow traffic and improve safety for everyone – whether you’re walking, riding or driving.

The upgrades will be rolled out at the following four key locations across Wyndham under the Safe Local Roads and Streets Program, developed by the Department of Transport and Planning in partnership with the Transport Accident Commission:

Wattle Avenue Precinct (already in delivery)
Werribee City Centre
Greaves Street North and South
Alamanda College

We're aiming to commence work on the remaining projects in late 2025/early 2026, with timelines currently being refined in collaboration with external partners.
