We’re excited to offer a FREE Women’s Only Boxing Class

This welcoming and inclusive program is designed for women of all fitness levels, backgrounds, and abilities, whether you’re a complete beginner or have some boxing experience. Our sessions focus on building confidence, improving fitness, learning new skills, and having fun in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Classes will be tailored to suit individual needs, with modifications available to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and safely.

When: Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm
