Wyndham Cultural Centre has the September school holidays covered with Fam Bam LIVE, the popular Children’s festival returning!
Fam Bam LIVE, the exciting children’s festival runs from Monday 21 September to Sunday 4 October and is filled with an amazing array of children’s entertainment and shows to suit all ages from the very young to teenagers right in the heart of Werribee.

The festival will open with the The Australian Ballet School Holiday program, presented by The Australian Ballet’s Education and Outreach program. They are running two age group sessions for children to explore the world of dance through warm-ups, dance exercises and choreographic games with no dance experience required on Monday 21, Tuesday 22, Wednesday 22 and Thursday 24 September for grades 3-4 and grades 5-6.
In Whalebone, at 1pm on Monday 28 September, Jens Altheimer masterfully blends humour, imagination, and heart. For children 6-12 years. Step into the magical world of the Depository, a mysterious agency that safeguards human memories. As a rogue AI threatens to erase treasured stories, a solitary worker races against time.
On Tuesday 29 September at 3pm and 6pm, Mr Snotbottom will transport families on a roller-coaster of ridiculousness where they can howl, groan and roar with delight together. The show is a cross between Shrek and Mr Bean, you can expect snot-loads of gross-tastic gags, slimy songs, and just wrong routines.
Coach Mon’s Comedy Games, an energetic kids’ comedy show for children 4 and above, has music, clowning, and extremely professional events like eyebrow push-ups and a slow-motion running race on Wednesday 30 September at 1pm. Your little champions will move, groove, and dream, plus you’ll walk away with a custom-made medal.
On Friday 2 October, 7pm, Wolfgang in the Stars, is a dazzling delight for everyone but especially children aged 3 years and older! With truly gravity-defying acrobatics, live video projections, puppetry, music and a heart-warming message of connection. Because imagination travels faster than light and no good story ever obeyed the laws of physics.
For tweens, Reputation – The Ultimate Taylor Shift Show returns on Saturday 3 October at 7.30pm will have the audience singing along to many well-known favourites. Ella and Sienna (The Voice 2022), known for their gorgeous sibling harmonies and unique pop sound, along with their incredible band, bring every era of Taylor Swift’s story to life and brilliantly showcases country music’s fastest rising star to the global pop sensation we know today.
