Wyndham City’s Community Strengthening Medium Grants are now open with groups able to apply for up to $15,000 to deliver projects that build a stronger, more connected community.
Community Groups and organisations with innovative ideas that bring people together and strengthen community life are encouraged to apply. Projects that are eligible for funding may focus on:
- bringing people together through shared activities and experiences
- building community connection and participation
- improving wellbeing and social inclusion
- celebrating culture, creativity, and diversity
- strengthening local skills, leadership, and community networks.
Wyndham City is committed to supporting projects that reflect and celebrate the diversity of Wyndham’s community, and welcomes applications that benefit:
- First Nations peoples
- LGBTIQA+ communities
- People with disability
- Young people
- Culturally and linguistically diverse communities
The Community Strengthening Grants Program aims to support community-led initiatives that create a stronger, more resilient, and connected Wyndham where everyone feels a sense of belonging. The Community Strengthening Medium Grant round is open from 3 to 28 August 2026.
