You may need to apply for council comments if you have started a building project without getting the proper building permits.
You should only apply for council comments if you have been asked to do so by our building team.
How to apply
You will need to include:
- a reason for your application
- a copy of the title and any covenants or restrictions
- a copy of the approved plan of subdivision
- site plans and architectural drawings.
What happens next
We will assess your application and get in touch if we need any more information about your application. If you don’t supply this within 3 months of the request, your application may be refused.
