Hilda Care is a registered NDIS provider (Registration #4050126032) supporting people with disability across Wyndham and broader Melbourne. We have been operating since 2016 and currently support participants in Point Cook, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Truganina, Williams Landing, Wyndham Vale and Manor Lakes.

Our services include Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), in-home support, personal care, community participation, transport assistance, household tasks, medication management, and overnight support.
With more than 200 support workers across Melbourne — including team members who speak Turkish, Italian, Filipino, Macedonian and Portuguese — we focus on consistent, trauma-informed care that helps people with disability live with dignity, independence and choice.

All support workers are NDIS-screened, police-checked, and trained in trauma-informed practice.
We work with NDIS participants, their families, and Support Coordinators.
