Wyndham City is proud to present the WYNnovation Business Expo 2026 – The Future is Local on Thursday 7 May 2026 from 8.30am to 7pm at the Werribee Racing Club.

Wyndham City’s Mayor Cr Preet Singh encouraged local businesses to attend the expo, which will bring together businesses, leaders and innovators from across the region for a huge day of inspiring talks, expert-led workshop sessions, networking and a showcase of more than 50 local Wyndham suppliers and services.

The WYNnovation Business Expo 2026, reflects Wyndham City’s commitment to fostering, enabling and investing in Wyndham’s local businesses and its entrepreneurial community,” Cr Singh said.

“Wyndham City’s Economic Development team works closely with our business community to support, engage, collaborate and nurture new opportunities for investment and growth and partners with Wyndham businesses to delivers a range of innovative initiatives that support business and economic growth.”

“It’s a day dedicated to working on your business – not just in it, providing local businesses with the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry, pick up practical tips and resources, network and make new connections,” Cr Singh said.

“Importantly the program has also been designed for flexibility – making it easy to stay for the day, or tailor your visit to catch the talks and experiences that match your interest and schedule”.

“The keynote speaker program is one of the highlights of this year’s event, including MC Osher Günsberg, Adam Jacobs, co-founder of THE ICONIC, and Dr Michelle Dickinson MNZM, a pioneering engineer and technology strategist.”

“The WYNnovation Business Expo will also feature a range of practical talks including presentations on cyber security, mental health, intellectual property, business masterclass and leadership and hands-on experiences with Victoria University’s Skills on Wheels, CPR training with paramedicine students inside a VU ambulance and even a pop-up salon offering free haircuts from Werribee TAFE students.” Cr Singh said.

“We’re also thrilled to see such a big line up of expo exhibitors, with attendees able to explore more than 50 local businesses spanning industries such as professional services, creative industries, education, health, manufacturing, emerging technologies and government services.”

“Further highlights include an evening networking event and the annual Wyndham Pitch competition Grand Finale, with the opportunity to cheer local business finalists as they take to the stage to pitch their big ideas live, with a $10,000 prize pool up for grabs,” Cr Singh said.
