Wyndham City is pleased to announce the 2026 Wyndham Business Awards finalists.
Wyndham’s Business Awards program is now in its 30th year! Thirty years of celebrating local business entrepreneurs, innovators, operators and leaders.
The Awards provide a special platform for businesses across key industry sectors of all sizes and types to be recognised for their hard work, dedication, accomplishments and commitment to their industry and business, the people they employ and serve, and the place and community in which they operate in.
To mark this year’s milestone, we asked local businesses to share their story. We received a record breaking 177 entries from businesses across the municipality. After an intensive evaluation process in the first stage of judging, 53 finalists were selected.
Wyndham City Mayor, Cr Mia Shaw, said: “Wyndham City congratulates all 53 finalists for the 2026 Business Awards.”
“This year, almost 50% of finalists are new to the Awards. The impressive group of finalists reflect the best of Wyndham across all 13 Award categories including Business Resilience, Rising Star, new categories Technology Innovation and Corporate Social Responsibility, as well as excellence categories in key industry sectors. It is a reflection of Wyndham’s story of entrepreneurship, diversity, impact, resilience and community. All the finalists should be proud of their achievements.”
“These Awards recognise that businesses play a vital role in our local economy and in job creation in Wyndham. In a growing municipality like ours, with an evolving economic landscape, we need a strong, dynamic business community that fosters sustainable economic growth and prosperity. The future is local.” Cr Shaw said.
“The finalists will be celebrated at a special event on 4 September, with the winners announced at the Gala Presentation Night on 16 October.”
