Arndell Park Community Centre

Arndell Park Community Centre is a warm, safe and welcoming space, providing  spaces for classes, meetings, recreation activities, social groups, playgroups and community events. Our facilities include community rooms, a computer room, fully equipped kitchen, disabled facilities and a baby change area.

Hire of Venue

Important note about council-managed community centres: 

  • Applications for hire in 2026 are currently paused 
  • Applications for casual hire in 2027 are not being accepted at this time
  • Applications for regular hire in 2027 must be submitted via the process outlined at EOI for 2027 Regular Hire
  • Applications will re-open after the EOI for 2027 Regular Hire has concluded

Arndell Park Community Centre offers a range of spaces for hire, with priority being given to community groups and organisations that meet the aspirations and needs of local communities. Click here to download Arndell Park Community Centre Priorities.

The rooms are suitable for:

Arndell Park Community Centre – Room Capacities 

  • Community Room 1 - 60 seated / 80 standing
  • Community Room 2 - 30 seated / 40 standing
  • Community Room 3 - 30 seated / 40 standing
  • Community Learning Room - 10 seated

Hire Rate Category Definitions: 

  • Commercial/Corporate Activity: Corporate, and/or business activities where the purpose of the hire is exclusive and/or to generate profit for an individual or company.
  • Community Class Activity: Planned activity classes that are open to the general public for a fee; including arts, education, culture, fitness well-being, skill development and hobbies.
  • Not for Profit Activity: Activities for local residents that are open to the general public at no cost or for a small donation. For example, community activities, faith activities, social activities.
