If someone else committed an offence that led to you getting an infringement, you can nominate them for the infringement.
This could include scenarios like:
- another person was driving your vehicle and got a parking infringement
- you recently sold your vehicle
- your vehicle was stolen
- another person was walking your dog without a leash.
Nominate someone for an infringement
Once you have entered your infringement number and the date of your infringement, you will need to check the Nomination form box. This will bring up the nomination form.
What happens next?
Once you have completed the nomination statement, the infringement notice will be transferred to the person who committed the offence.
