Movies in the Park

Wyndham City is hosting a series of free movie screenings each month across Wyndham.

Families and friends are encouraged to come along, bring a picnic rug and enjoy a magical evening under the stars as Movies in the Park takes outdoor cinema on the road this summer.

Movies in the Park starts with a spooky family favourite on Saturday 31 October at Hoppers Junction with Hotel Transylvania, before heading to Williams Landing for Sing on Saturday 28 November. Festive favourite Elf will light up Wyndham Park on Saturday 19 December for some pre-Christmas fun! In time for Valentines Day on Saturday 13 February, romantics can enjoy The Notebook at Wyndham Park. The season will conclude on Saturday 20 March at Barrabool Boulevard Park, Mambourin, with the animated adventure Rio.

The popular free community event will travel to parks across Wyndham, bringing a fantastic lineup of family-friendly films, free popcorn and the chance to support local businesses by enjoying nearby dinner and takeaway options before the movie begins.

Movies in the Park is a wonderful opportunity for residents to relax, connect with neighbours and enjoy a free night out with family and friends.

It is a great way for the community to experience the fun and atmosphere of outdoor cinema close to home and also enjoy Wyndham’s open spaces.

Residents are encouraged to bring a picnic rug or low-back chair and arrive early to secure a good viewing spot.
