Privacy Collection Statement

Wyndham City Council is collecting your personal information in order to assess whether the requested payment plan will adequately cover any outstanding arrears and current year's annual rates within the specified timeframe.

Your information will be stored in Council’s Customer Database and used to identify you when communicating with Council and for delivery of services and information. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).
