The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) offers a municipal rates concession rebate for certain concession card holders.

Who is eligible
You can apply for a municipal rates concession rebate though Wyndham City Council if you hold:
- a Pensioner Concession Card from Services Australia
- a Department of Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card – War Widow/er (WW)
- a Department of Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card – Totally and Permanently Incapacitated (TPI).
If you hold a Veteran Gold Card for Extreme Disablement Adjustment (EDA) or Prisoner of War (POW) you will need to apply for your rebate directly with DFFH .
The rebate is not available to Health Care Card or Seniors Card holders.
People who own a property they do not live in
You can only apply for the rebate for your primary place of residence.
You cannot get the rebate for a property you own but do not live in.
How to apply
To apply for the municipal rates concession rebate, you will need to fill in the PDF form and email it to mail@wyndham.vic.gov.au.

- drop your form at the Wyndham Civic Centre
- post your form to Wyndham City Council, PO Box 197, Werribee 3030.
