Here at Wyndham City, we work hard to deliver the services and infrastructure that our growing community needs.

It’s no secret that our population is growing at a rapid rate. The total number of people choosing to call Wyndham home is now higher than that of Greater Geelong.

The Annual Plan and Budget 2026/27 includes more than $178.5 million in capital works projects, including:

  • $60.5 million on roads and footpaths to improve connectivity and safety across Wyndham
  • $22.5 million towards sports facilities
  • $25.1 million for open space projects and an additional $32.8 million in park and open space maintenance

This year’s capital works program is informed by what the community has told us matters most – better roads, improved open spaces, and projects that enhance safety and liveability.
