Building permits for 150 dwellings and 9 units in Wyndham were issued in January 2026.

2. Manor Lakes (54)

The North (Tarneit, Truganina, Williams Landing, Laverton and Mount Cottrell) and West (Manor Lakes, Mambourin and Wyndham Vale) regions of Wyndham had the highest number of dwellings/units in March 2026 (143 respectively).
