Expression of Interest to Lease Council Property: 2-28 Goddard Street Tarneit
Wyndham City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for a suitable tenant for the Council building situated at 2-28 Goddard Street Tarneit (formerly the Tarneit North Kindergarten).
The building is a modular/portable building and contains 3 classrooms and associated rooms for staff and operational needs. It also contains children’s and adult toilets. See plan below.
The tenant will be responsible for all outgoings.
