Wyndham City Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the implementation of the Riverbend Historical Park Upgrade Project located in Werribee, VIC 3030.
The scope of works includes, in accordance with Part 4 Specifications and attachments, but is not limited to the delivery of:
- Preliminaries and Site Preparation,
- Picnic area upgrade including new BBQS,
- Picnic shelters,
- Drink fountain,
- Brick paving and seating,
- Furniture and landscaping.
- Procurement, management and coordination of a new public toilet block as per Wyndham’s standard detail.
- A new concrete path on the existing man-made levee.
- New concrete steps down the riverbank to the existing canoe launch pad.
- Widening of the concrete path at diversion point west of the park.
- Minor concrete paving and furniture upgrades around the park.
- Relocation of the existing plough (old farm machinery).
- 52 Weeks Establishment and Maintenance Period - including an initial 13-week intensive establishment period.

12 Months Defects and Liability Period - from date of Practical Completion.
The successful Contractor will be required to deliver the project in accordance with the approved designs, specifications, and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
