An LGBTQIA+ Celebration

Park Lounge 2024 was a sparkling, glittery celebration for the LGBTIQA+ community and allies, a celebration of queer culture and part of the greater Midsumma Festival.

This inclusive and intergenerational event held in Kelly Park was a truly colourful and entertaining evening with a fully packed stage program featuring a strong and proud line up of fabulous and talented LGBTQIA+ artists and allies and hosted by the flamboyant and colourful MC 2Joocee.

Local organisations, internal Wyndham City Council departments and creative makers, hosted stalls providing information about their related services or sold their wares to event attendees.

The popular clothing swap was back, presented by the Ballarat Trans & Gender Diverse Swap Shop with many new outfits swapped or donated.

Now in its 12th year, Park Lounge continues to grow and remain a popular feature on the calendar for the local LGBTQIA+ community here in Wyndham.
