Wyndham City Council is committed to improving the sports and recreational assets across the municipality.
The successful tenderer will be responsible for undertaking the following full civil construction package:
- Earthworks: site preparation, grading, excavation, and leveling as required.
- Construction of a rubber athletics track: Installation of a high-quality rubberised track surface meeting regulatory standards.
- Natural Turf Sportsfield: construction of a natural turf sports field with appropriate drainage.
- Building Services Infrastructure: installation of necessary infrastructure to support the facilities, including utilities and amenities.
- Sports Field Lighting: Installation of energy-efficient lighting systems to illuminate the sports field for evening use.
- Automated Irrigation Systems: implementation of automated irrigation systems to maintain the turf and landscaped areas.
- Fencing: supply and installation of boundary fencing and gates
- Car park: construction of parking facilities to accommodate visitors and users of the facilities.
- Play Space: development of recreational play areas for children and families.
- Hard and Soft Landscaping to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the site.
