If you are a private building surveyor working on a property in the Wyndham City Council area, you can lodge your documents through our customer portal.
Lodge a Section 80 building surveyor appointment
You must lodge your Section 80 within seven days of appointment.
Lodge a Section 30 building permit
You must lodge your Section 30 documents within seven days of issuing the building permit.
Once you have lodged your Section 30, you can attach other documents to your application. This includes:
- occupancy permits
- certificates of final inspection
- amendments or variations
- extensions of time
- inspection results
- any other supporting documents.
Building notices and orders
You can submit building notices and orders through your existing Section 30 application in the customer portal. You can do this by creating a child process of your application.
- Go to My Lodged Applications and select your application from the list
- Click on ‘view’ in the top right corner
- Once you have opened the application, click on ‘more’ in the top left corner
- Select ‘Create child – Enforcement – Building (Private Surveyor) - Default category' from the list
- Navigate to the Actions required and select ‘Attachments’
- Add your documents and click ‘OK’
- Click on the ‘Finalise and lodge’ button in the top left corner.
