There are several areas around the Wyndham City Council area where you can get a permit to park all day if you work nearby.
You can get a business parking permit to park at:
- Hoppers Junction (Old Geelong Road Off-Street car park)
- Princes Highway, Hoppers Crossing
- Powell Drive, Hoppers Crossing
- Cherry Street, Werribee.
Each business can have two parking permits for employees. If you need more, contact the Legislative Services team on 1300 023 411.
How to apply for a permit
To apply for a permit, you will need to get a letter from your employer that confirms you work for them. This letter needs to be on your company’s letterhead.
We will assess your application and issue your permit within 10 days.
Conditions of your permit
- The permit label must be clearly displayed on the rear vision mirror with the expiry date and permit number visible from the outside of the vehicle.
- Your permit will be considered invalid if it has been defaced or altered in any way.
- The permit is only valid during the stated times and at the location written on the permit.
- The permit must be surrendered on request from an authorised Wyndham City Council officer.
- Wyndham City Council may change the cost of a parking permit from time to time.
- Your permit does not guarantee you a parking space.
- If you are parking in a space outside of the parking permit area, you must follow any parking rules that apply.
- You cannot get a parking permit for a heavy vehicle that is heavier than 4.5 tonnes or has a total length greater than 7.5m.
