Wyndham City Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to deliver Tree Inspection and Tree Inventory Update Services in accordance with requirements of the Part 4 – Specifications Document for this RFT.
The service provision involves an update inspection of trees in road reserves, parks and council properties within the Wyndham City Council catchment area. Most tree assets have previously been captured (currently approximately ~280,000 assets) and collection of new assets will be required only where existing assets have not already been captured.
The project includes assessment of the following:
- Update Trees that have been previously inspected under the Wyndham City Council’s High Risk Sites program (currently ~ 36,000 assets),
- New Trees that have not been previously captured.
Council is seeking to appoint a Service Provider for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option of a two (2) year extension, at the discretion of Council, totalling 5 years. The contract will be required to commence from February 2027.

The current closing period for all Tender Submissions, which must be electronically submitted through Council’s Tenderlink Procurement Platform, no later than 5pm, Friday 13 November 2026 (AEDT).
All enquiries relating to the works or services should be channelled directly through the Tenderlink Message Forum established for this RFT. Queries raised through the Forum will cease being responded to up to 1 (one) week prior to the tender closing period.
Late or e-mailed tender submissions will not be accepted. The lowest of any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
RFT documents will be made available for downloading through the Tenderlink Portal - noting that registration on the portal is required and that there is no cost to ‘Suppliers’ associated with registration.
