The Inclusive Industries Toolkit provides an employer-focus by providing free resources to establish or strengthen existing inclusive strategies and be better placed for employee-readiness. Recognised as a significant element to the works known as Opportunity Wyndham, the creation of the Wyndham Inclusive Industries Toolkit was guided by the results of comprehensive community consultation. Three key-stakeholders groups were identified and invited to contribute to the design of this document. The contributing groups are; Wyndham City staff & formal partners, Wyndham agencies & service providers, Wyndham community & leaders.
The Wyndham Inclusive Industries Toolkit supports business owners by guiding them on creating a simple diversity and inclusion strategy and gives them training modules and resources to improve equal opportunity for Wyndham residents.
