Group Study Room Booking conditions:
This room is intended for study, reflection, and conversation. The room is not used for commercial enterprise, nor for the conduct of business.
Room bookings can be made for a maximum of two hours at a time, and your group may have a total of one booking request per day and two booking requests per week. Bookings may only be made up to 7 days in advance. This is to avoid blanket bookings which would disadvantage other community members. Additional booking requests past this amount will be cancelled and the room will be made available to other patrons to book.
You must have a current library membership in order to request a booking. The Group Study Room is free to use; there is a maximum of 6 people in the room.
All bookings have a 15-minute grace period. If a customer does not arrive within 15 minutes of the beginning of their booked time, the booking may be cancelled.
Library staff will always aim to satisfy booking requests. However the library reserves the right to alter or cancel booking requests in line with changing operational requirements.
The Group Study Room contains one large table, up to six chairs, and a digital display with HDMI integration from table-box.

Wyndham City Council recognises Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first Peoples of Australia. We acknowledge the Bunurong and Wadawurrung Peoples as Traditional Owners of the lands on which Wyndham City operates. The Wadawurrung and Bunurong Peoples have and always will belong to the Werribee Yalook (river), creeks, stars, hills and red clay of this Country. We pay respect to their Ancestors and Elders who always have, and always will, care for Country and community today and for future generations.
