Wyndham City’s Mayor Cr Jennie Barrera for residents on Monday, 13 May from 10am to 11.30am at the Wyndham City Civic Centre, 45 Princes Highway, Werribee.
This special event is a great opportunity to find out more about Council services and programs, connect with fellow community members and meet the Mayor!
The Wyndham for You - Mayoral Event! Presented by Mayor, Cr Jennie Barrera will host sixteen Council departments, like a mini expo! This event will provide, information, advice and access to council officers.
The Mayor, Cr Jennie Barrers is a long-time resident of Wyndham, having lived in the area for 34 years where she’s also raised her four children. Education has always been her passion and she’s spent her working life teaching and in educational leadership.
Since being elected as a Councillor in 2020, Cr Barrera has held the Welcoming City portfolio which has provided opportunities to celebrate the diversity of our City, fostering greater economic and social outcomes and opportunities.
Mayor Cr Jennie Barrera, said: “Wyndham for you, the signature Mayoral event, will have a range of free activities including, free barista coffee, take home treats, an opportunity to take your photo with the Mayor, giveaways and council officers on hand from departments across the organisation to answer questions, share information and the opportunity to discover services and connections in Wyndham.”
