The WDSN working group is now ready to receive registration details from the successful service providers for the Wyndham Disability Connection Expo. The expo will be held Thursday 29 May 2025, 8am to 4pm (includes set up and pack up time). 

Please familiarise yourself with the Terms and Conditions as it contains information in regard to refunds and withdrawal conditions.

Registration fee covers: one table, two chairs and two lunch boxes (2 personnel per organisation) 

All stallholders will need to complete the registration form below and attach the following:

  • Public Liability Certificate
  • Evidence of the paid invoice

Closing date for all documents is 5pm, Wednesday 16 April.
