This workshop run by Services Australia will cover:

What is a scam, including the signs you need to look out for
Phishing scams and how they work
What is behind a scam link and how scammers get your phone number
How to tell if it's Services Australia or myGov contacting you
Information about active scams impersonating Services Australia and myGov
What to do if you've been scammed or want to report a scam
And resources that are available to support you
