A three part yoga and mindfulness program to help Grade 6 students transition to Year 7 with calm, confidence and courage.
Learn breathing techniques for self regulation. Participate in yoga poses & fun yoga activities to help with self confidence & resilience. Practise relaxation & meditation to help with stillness and creating space to 'just be'. Use of other tools ie. crystals, essential oils & singing bowls.
