Community workshops to imagine a greener Kookaburra Avenue

Researchers from the University of Melbourne are interested in community ideas about trees and greenery in the residential section of Kookaburra Avenue.

The ‘Re-imagining streets with green infrastructure’ project will explore ways to make streets cooler, safer, and more liveable by adding trees and other green spaces. In collaboration with Wyndham Park Community Centre, we will be hosting three catered workshops, inviting the community to develop a shared vision of what a greener Kookaburra avenue could look like.
