Children’s Week Picnic

Wyndham City’s beloved Children’s Week Picnic is back on Sunday 26 October 2025, bringing a full day of free family fun to a vibrant new location - Wyndham Park in the heart of Werribee City Centre.

Enjoy a lively program of live performances, interactive activities, and cultural experiences for all ages. The stage will come alive with high-energy beats from DJ Be Kind to Other People, our event MC and host, a spectacular Lion dance from Hong De Lion and Dragon Dance Association, and the rhythms of One Spirit Africa Drumming.

Everyone, put your bins out — tonight’s bin night and the Trash Test Dummies are on duty! Don’t miss Dummies Corp. and their hilarious show, full of slapstick comedy, acrobatics, and juggling.

Delight in Mr Woody’s Bush Cabaret with his quirky outback show and enjoy cultural flair from local Pasifika group Tama Tatau.

Headlining the event is Zindzi & The Zillionaires, spreading joy with upbeat songs about friendship, confidence, and kindness - all set to a fun mix of RnB, pop, hip hop, and rap. Families can also explore local Werribee City businesses, grab picnic-style bites, and enjoy takeaway specials from nearby vendors.

With food trucks, hands-on workshops, and a warm, inclusive atmosphere, the Children’s Week Picnic is a day not to miss!

Entry is free; however, a pre-booked ticket is essential. Tickets go on sale Monday 13 October.
