Calm, Confident and Courageous Year 7

Kick off your Year 7 journey feeling calm, confident, and courageous! This 3 part yoga and mindfulness program is all about helping you navigate new challenges with a smile using yoga and mindfulness strategies. Meet new friends, learn cool tips, and build the mindset to take on anything that comes your way. Don’t miss out on a day packed with fun and growth – your best Year 7 starts here!

In this event, you will learn:
- breathing techniques for self regulation
- yoga poses and fun yoga activities to help with self confidence and resilience
- relaxation and meditation to help with stillness and creating space to "just be"
- mindfulness and self reflection activities
- use of other tools - crystals, essential oils and singing bowls

Sessions are held on Jan 20 (4.30-6pm), Jan 22 (5.00-6.30pm) and Jan 29 (4.30-6pm).
