About IPC Health Care Finder Service
IPC Health’s Care Finders can help older people who have challenges or barriers accessing and arranging age care services, including ‘My Aged Care’, and who don’t have anyone willing and able to support them. We are a free service and can help you find services such as personal care, meal preparation, gardening and home maintenance, transport, in home nursing, allied health and more.
This Library program/event is being administered by Wyndham City Council using an event booking platform provided by a third party, EventBrite.
