Wyndham City has been recognised as one of Victoria’s best performing councils in Snap Send Solve’s Community Satisfaction Index 2025 Annual Report.

Wyndham City was ranked fourth in Victoria and 17th in Australia for community satisfaction in this independent report released by Snap Send Solve – a national app used to report neighbourhood maintenance issues.

Results in this national report were determined by more than 200,000 report ratings and ratepayer surveys that rate councils for their overall resolution, fix quality, speed and communication of maintenance issues.

The top issues reported via the app in Victoria include:

  • Rubbish and bins
  • Parking and cars
  • Trees
  • Abandoned trolleys
  • Feedback and general requests

Wyndham City Mayor, Councillor Mia Shaw said that the results reflect Wyndham City’s commitment to delivering the best possible services, infrastructure and responsive support for our community.

“For a fast-growing city like ours – where the pace of change is rapid– these results are no small achievement,” Cr Shaw said.

“This independent report is a strong vote of confidence in the work that we are doing, and further endorsement of the record-high satisfaction results we received in the 2024/2025 Annual Community Satisfaction Survey.”

“We’re proud of this result, but we’re even more committed to building on it, with a focus on continuous improvement and putting our community first.”

“That means continuing to improve how we respond to requests but also using proactive, preventative strategies to help keep our city clean and safe.”

“This includes delivering initiatives such as our ‘Return it, Report it’ trolley campaign, our Litter Blitzes and our ‘Keep Kids Safe Outside the School Gate’ which includes dedicated parking patrols around schools.”
