Come to the library to discover different ways of taking care of your wellbeing and managing big emotions during Mental Health Week: 6th to 10th October. 

In addition to exploring relevant topics during our regular sessions, we have a film screening of “Happy Sad Man”, a workshop on boosting mood through food, and yoga sessions for kids, mums and bubs.
