- By entering this competition, you agree to accept these terms and conditions of entry. If your entry does not comply with these terms and conditions, it will not be valid and will not be accepted.
- Entry is restricted to Wyndham residents aged 18 years and over. Council staff, Councillors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- To enter the competition, you must comment your favourite Wyndham business for ‘must-do dining, shopping and experiences’ on the competition post on either Council’s Facebook or Instagram page between 3:00pm on 2 September 2025 and 10:00am on 8 September 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
- Entries must not contain any offensive, insulting or otherwise inappropriate responses.
Only one entry per person per social media platform will be accepted. - The competition will be drawn at 12:00pm on 8 September 2025 by Council officers. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries across both platforms and will win a prize pack which contains a family entry pass for Werribee Open Range Zoo(valued at $114), a $100 voucher for Tocca Restaurant Werribee, a $50 voucher for Sprinkles Ice Creamery, a $50 voucher for Golf Park Sanctuary Lakes, a $100 voucher for Anaia Café Restaurant Bar and 4 x tickets to Mario the Magic Maker at Wyndham Cultural Centre (valued at $48). - Winners will be notified by Facebook or Instagram direct message (as applicable) by 1:00pm on 8 September 2025.
- If a winner cannot be contacted by 1:00pm on 15 September 2025, Council may opt to conduct a further draw to determine a new winner.
- If a prize has not been collected from Council’s Civic Centre (45 Princes Highway, Werribee 3030) by 1:00pm on 22 September 2025, the winner will be deemed to have surrendered the prize and Council may opt to conduct a further draw to award the unclaimed prize.
- Council may require a winner to provide evidence of their identity and/or that they live in Wyndham when collecting their prize.
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- Council accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, invalid or corrupt entries.
- If for any reason this competition cannot be run as planned, Council reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
- Council reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice to you.
- Council’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
