Invitation to tender: CONTRACT NO: N400481 - Manor Lakes North Reserve Master Plan - Construction (10020)

Council is seeking a suitably experienced and duly qualified contractor to undertake the construction of an active open space project. The scope of works includes the construction of a multisport oval, hard and soft landscaping, pathway connections, formalised car park with lighting, park furniture, playground equipment, and all associated civil and underground services.

The tender package is available for download from the Wyndham City Council Supplier Portal, note that registration on the portal is required. There is no cost to register.

All enquiries relating to the works or services should be directed through the Message Forum established for this tender.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the Wyndham City Council Supplier Portal no later than 12.00 Noon (AEST) Wednesday 29th May 2024.

Late or emailed tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
