Privacy Collection Statement
Your personal information is being collected by Council for the purpose of recording an issue or requesting a service. Your information will be stored in Council’s Customer Database and used to identify you when communicating with Council and for the delivery of services and information.

OR Continue without logging where you can, - Be a Guest and leave your contact details
- Remain Anonymous and choose to not leave your contact details
When you create an account, you will have a user profile within our system. Your interactions will be linked to this profile and visible to you online, where you can track the status of your requests. You will also receive email communication and updates about your requests.
If you continue as a guest, you will provide your name and number and will be given a reference number for your request. You can phone us to follow up the status of your request but will be unable to track your request online.
If you choose to not leave any contact details, you will remain anonymous. We may not be able to complete your request if we don’t have enough information and you will not be able follow up the status of your request.
