Wyndham Park Party: Opening Celebration

Come on down for the ultimate summer party with Jessica Mauboy in the newly renovated Wyndham Park in Werribee City Centre!

Kick back on the lawn and enjoy kids’ favourites, the PJ Masks Stage Show along with family activities, free face painting and giveaways and more.

Relax over lunch, with a free sausage sizzle and take time to explore the new facilities and walking trails. The kids will also love testing out the new playground and giant slide!

Dogs, Toilets and other FAQs


Entry to Wyndham Park is via Wedge Street Piazza, with ramp access down to the Central Lawn. There are accessible toilets located within Wyndham Park. We welcome visitors with assistance animals certified by a registered authority.


The Wyndham Park Party is an all-weather event and will go ahead in most weather conditions. Cancellations will only be considered if the conditions present a risk to the safety of visitors and staff and will be published via www.facebook/werribeecitycentre. Remember to bring sunscreen, a hat and cold water.


You’ll find public toilets located within Wyndham Park.

Food and Drinks

You are welcome to bring food into the event and encourage you to bring a picnic and/or support the local businesses by grabbing a coffee or take away to take back to the park in the Werribee City Centre. There are plenty of options from fish and chips, to burgers, to noodles, just to name a few. The best access to Watton St is via the Wyndham Park Bridge. There will also be some snack options at the event site including churros, ice cream and smoothies.

Please note: alcohol is not permitted. This is an alcohol-free event.


Smoking is not permitted within in Wyndham Park Pets


Dogs are permitted within Wyndham Park but must be on lead and supervised at all times.

Conditions of Entry

Wyndham City Council is hosting the Wyndham Park Party event for the benefit of the community.  Attendees must comply with the Conditions of Entry below so that everyone can enjoy the event in safety and comfort.

Alcohol and smoking

Alcohol and smoking are not permitted at the Wyndham Park Party.


Commercial photography, filming, live streaming or broadcasting of any aspect of the Wyndham Park Party is not permitted without prior permission from Council.


Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Pets and animals

Dogs are permitted at the Wyndham Park Party, provided that they are on a lead and supervised by their owner at all times.  Owners must pick up after their dogs.  All other pets and animals are not permitted at the Wyndham Park Party.

Advertising and the sale or hire of Goods

Attendees are not permitted to sell or offer for sale or hire any items, nor to distribute handbills, pamphlets, notices or other advertising materials, without prior permission from Council.

Anti-social behaviour

Anti-social behaviour is prohibited.  The Wyndham Park Party is meant to be family friendly, safe and comfortable for all attendees.  Council requires that attendees behave in a safe, responsible and courteous manner at all times.

Free activities

Many of the free activities offered at the Wyndham Park Party are run by local businesses and organisations.  Council makes no guarantee about an activity’s quality or suitability for attendees.  Attendees are responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable for them and/or their children to participate in.

Be SunSmart

It is recommended that attendees take proper SunSmart precautions during daytime events and activities, including using sunscreen, wearing a hat and drinking adequate water.


Attendees are responsible for all personal property taken to the Wyndham Park Party and must not leave their property unattended.  Council reserves the right to remove any property left unattended at the Wyndham Park Party.

Consent in relation to images and photographs

By attending the Wyndham Park Party, attendees consent to the capturing and publishing of their image in authorised promotional photos and videos in whatever format and forum Council chooses.


Attendees must follow any reasonable direction given by a Council officer, authorised Event Security Personnel or Police.

Cancellation and/or modification of events and activities

Council reserves the right to cancel and/or modify any event or activity at theWyndham Park Party.

Failure to Comply with Conditions of Entry

Failure to comply may result in an attendee being removed from the Wyndham Park Party and refused re-entry to the Wyndham Park Party and/or future events.

Changes to these conditions

Council reserves the right to change these Conditions of Entry at any time.


Attendance at and/or participation in activities at the Wyndham Park Party is entirely at the risk of attendees.  To the extent permitted by law, Council accepts no liability for any claim for loss, harm, damage, costs or expenses which may arise as a consequence of any such attendance at and participation in the Wyndham Park Party.
